I am posting these amazing photos for wanbliho. She writes-

“Elsie Hemans m. Stephen Red Wing. Stephen was a brother of my grandpa John Redwing, Alice Red Owl, Brughier; Oliver Red Wing and Arthur Red Wing. They were children of Joseph Red Wing and Anna Hakewaste Wilson. Elsie's mother was Jane Chapman, d/o Bushman Chapman. Helen and Elsie were first cousins. Helen's mother Emma Chapman m.1 Smith, m.2. Daniel Stone. Genevieve never did say if Esther Harlan was a cousin of theirs or if she was an orphan and Helen and Solomon adopted her. He is on the Sisseton census. 1890.”
