I am searching for Marpicusnawin. Her first name is Maggie. She is either a Campbell, the wife of a Campbell, mother of Campbells. She is definitelythe mother of a Madeline Campbell, born 1844 and baptized 1860, Redwood and Samuel Campbell, born 1867. In 1885 she was in Minnesota. If you recognize this name, please let me know.
Thanks
Jackie

I was looking into Madeline Campbell (#1037) on the 1902 Santee Registry, but the copy I have only goes to #1032, so I didn't find any info on her parents (aka Marpicusnawin). If anyone has any more pages, it's worth a look.
PLEASE keep me updated on any leads you may find.

Dakota, I am looking for more info on Marpucasnawin. Her English first name was Maggie. She was listed on the baptismal of Samuel Campbell, born 1867, as mother. Samuel's father was A.J. Campbell. Madeline Campbell, born in 1844, was the daughter of the same 2 parents. I think that this could be Margaret Menagre. I am going to check her heir ship papers shortly. My confusion is due to the fact that she is the wife of Scott Campbell, did he have a different name, perhaps Antoine Joseph Scott Campbell? I will let everyone know what I find out.

the reason the family registries only go to 1032 is because that is all that was on the latter day saints microfilm when i copied it. everyone's ends at 1032.
i am working on the connections.

Also on the Scott Campbell/ Margaret Menager family:
The baptisms, and many of the marriages are under the last name Scott. For example Jean Baptiste Campbell and Margaret Renville it states that Jean Baptiste Scott married her. So when you are looking for this family, look for the name Scott also. The baptisms are the same way in most of the cases.
