I like her pictures since she is a kid, they let her sneak around the drums and she sits on the floor so they are always from a different angle and you would expect. She has lots of them, I also like them because although she gets captivated by the regalia, she doesnt like or allow anyone to take use or show a dancers face or total image without their permission. She took some great pictures at BH Pow Wow two years ago of her fancy dancing uncle and my older son put them in a dvd slide show to his favorite artist's song, it was a rap song, Nelly and Heart of a Champion, and it really did turn out great. It involves some of my time to do those tho and I just dont have the time for it, now anyway.

Ed Meng is a roofer by trade. And Kettering's brother, I understand, lays tile. Ed Meng has fallen off too many roofs. I also understand that Kettering is working for Kaardal and Buttes. So that should tell you guys something.

Thurman and Horn are associated with Kettering. Kettering referred cases to Thurman and Horn after one of the last dead lines. Thurman and Horn reviewd the cases and chose the ones they wanted to represent.

The are all associated with each other. I am confident that Thurman and Horn will do a much better job of representing our family then Kettering ever did.

People need to understand something,If in fact this case is decided on the issues of who are the rightful beneficiaries of this so-called trust land in minnesota, and it will be decided in a court of law, the lawyers involved in this have very strict rules to follow. They will not exclude someone just because they dont like them or for some other silly reason like that!I will stop there.Besides if I were a lawyer, which I'am not, I would probably want to make sure that the evidence I am using to prove, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that my client is a trust beneficiary. There cant be any shady areas when you are dealing with the US govt.Ask anyone that knows anything about how this works. One mistake and you have big trouble,There cant be any stone left unturned.

Rather than using a dart board to signify who they would represent I would trust the original Plaintiffs had a specific plan on those descendants they would represent. There had to be some subjective reasoning on those individual Plaintiffs who they were going to use as initial Plaintiffs in this case. I would hope that it would not have reverted to some "I don't like them" attitude by those original Plaintiffs. We are learning alot and we can learn a whole lot more by working together on this for the benefit of all the families and I mean not only monetarily but a recovering of our incalculable rich ancestoral background. Let us work together and unite in helping these families gather the much needed data and information necessary in moving forward in this case. We must understand that some of our families because of the poverty levels at their communities do not have access to this board like some of you have and may not be able to do as much as they would like. So think of that when we move forward and help those that are in need of help just as our ancestors would help the people that needed help. Thank you. This is wanbligi on Jan. 17, 2007 at 8:38 p.m.
