Hello to all, I recently took a trip to Laplant, South Dakota and found the tombstone of Felice Traversier aka Felicette Decant/Dusant Traversie, married to Augustus Traversie. I don't know the name of the cemetery and hope someone can help. The cemetery is just off interstate 212 in Laplant. Hi,I have always heard that we have sioux in our blood-line,however after much research I am not finding it.Yet when I look at pictures of my father and grandfather they definetely look sioux.is any one aware of Beach [LeBech],or Lunceford.Most were born in Ohio,however they spent most of their time between ND and MN.Any help is appreciated.nittygritty

Greetings nittygritty. To be able to help you we need to know certain things. First of all, trace your family lineage back as far as you can. Dates, places, family member names please. Any records that you have you need to share with us. For example, church records, death records, birth records, and probate or land records. Once you give us as much as you know, we can then use all of our information sites to see what we can find for you.
