Does anyone have any records from the Church of Messiah in MN? The congregation was founded in 1895 and church was built in 1905. Looking for information on Thomas and Julia Rouillard and Thomas was a lay minister there in 1905.
Thanks! Carla

Carla: there is a Church Of The Messiah near Prairie Island. the Phone nos: 651/388-7531 or 651/388-4886. Ask for mary ellen flynn. she can help you in finding the records you need. the public is not allowed to doany reserch of their records. but the public can obtain copies of the records. You will need to give her your family association with those whose records you seek.

This seems to be a common limitation, that a person is not able to copy more than their own family member's record. This would limit persons such as myself who are trying to locate something for "Kunsi Mary" or others...
How nice for Ms Flynn to be so helpful. I know this process has put a strain on the people who care for or help with such records.
So.. Hermin1, I have always imagined myself following you around all day trying to look over your shoulder and waiting to see if you drop some of those incredible "note cards" you refer to when helping people, but now I see I am going to have to add a rolodex to this imaginary scene! You must have a great list of contacts and thank you so much for sharing them.
