gee i better go back and look at the judges ruling. i received a letter via email from the law firm saying april 20. hmmmm. okay so now that is straightened out, if that is the deadline and the march 1, is when the attorney will be submitting the paperwork, how is that going to work?

I would'nt be to concerned about the deadline. From what I understand, if you can connect to some one on the valid census then you are ok, unfortunatley the U.S only accepts certain documents as proof. some people will never find them because they dont exsist. It can be very dissapointing for some. Best of luck to all

The letter written by Erick's office dated Dec. 30th, 2005 states, several times that the COURT'S DEADLINE IS APRIL 28, 2006. It also states that there will be a list posted of plaintiffs on MARCH 1, 2006 and that it will NOT be a final list, but a current one to date. Please read all information carefully before posting facts here, it causes too much speculation and we have enough of that as it is. Thank-you!!!

hello, on the court date march 20 th of 2006, it appears that applications are only going to be taken up to april 20 th and thus leaving a week for those applications to be approved for plaintiff for the april 28 th court date,so i'd be shooting at a date before the 20 th of april 2006 to get any applications into dr. buttes office. thank you ,...... scar arm
