Ok i have that information now. There was a Robert Dowan married to Jennie Dowan whose children were Joshua, Daniel, Esther, Willie, Tukanca-dusmani. I am also looking for information on William and Annie Antoine, they were married and are my grandmothers parents. I think they may be tied into this somehow. I believe Annie's maiden name may have been Dowan as well but I am looking into this.

So of all the info i already knew and what I have collected today, i have reached up to my great grandparents. From my grandfathers side his parents were Angus Mckay and Bessie Mckay (Wasteste). From my grandmothers side her parents were William Antoine and Annie Antoine (maiden name remains a mystery). Who their parents are I have yet to find out.

My girlfriend has talked to vickie and told her about Robert Dowan and his family. I havent talked to her yet. I havent anything out about William and Annie yet....keep you posted about that. I did find out some more stuff. I have found out about other Antoines who may be related. Their names are Waste Antoine born 1862 and Dowanwastewin Antoine born 1859. They were married but i have no year when. As far as I know they had a son named Alfred who i have no info about either.
