Appeal, Appeal, Appeal. If any of the Plaintiffs/Intervenors are on here, your Attorneys should appeal this latest Lettow decision and retain one of the Washington, D.C. Attorneys in helping draft the appeal to challenge that Lettow ruling.

Yes I hope this gets appealed ASAP, what a let down. I'm not a lawyer so it's hard to understand what happened, so what did happen and why it happened. From what I do understand is that there wouldn't be any fairness, which is understandable. But you get down to the nitty gritty, will the government be fair. After all the work we did ourself, just how is the government going to get what we have. It took some of us years to collect. Are the Plaintiffs attorneys going to work with the govenment on what we have collected. Just a few questions and concerns I have.
