We got a death certificate with Anne J Sweetcorn because my mother noticed the errors in the death certificate should that say Anna Jane Lawrence as soon as I get my printer up and going and I sent you the copy of the death certificate to you asap. Can you help me?

We have Louis Wilson's Death Certificate listed his mother's name as Jane Eugene and not Anna Jane Lawrence.Do you want to see it?

thanks much for sending it to me.
what you need to do is get a copy of Anna's birth/baptismal Record, and a copy of the marriage certificate for anna and Joseph Sweetcorn(I am assuming they were married by ceremony). You should also get a copy of Louis Wilson's birth certificate.You may also need to contact the NARA in Wash. DC and get a copy of Anna's heirship Report(Probate is another word for this document). Then the next step is something I am not sure who you need to contact in order to get a correct death certificate.I am guessing the Stateof SD, and send copies of these documents to them and request a corrected death certificate for Louis Wilson, and for Anna.
then send certified copy of both the Bureau of Indian Affairs in Aberdeen.

I have the death info on both the parents from Iapi Oaye. thank you for confirming the information I have.

we are correcting the mistakes on the two marriage certificates and my mom and two other people are going to correct them and so is the state of South Dakota
