As written in Indian Country Today, More land was taken from Yankton through court of appeals. The court upheld and land grab from the state of South Dakota for recreation at Fort Randall. Indians should never be able to sell reservation land to non-Indians as this is the result. Unless Congress puts an end to these land grabs, reservations in South Dakota will become checker-board or cease to exist altogether. What an evil, greedy state of affairs.
