The handwriting is very hard to decipher at times but you can get the main idea pretty much.

after reading what I found on Yahoo I'm not sure if it's the same as what you have. What I did read made me kind of mad to say the least. And the commissioner telling the chief he talked like a child??? Well that commissioner skirted around every issue brought up by the chiefs and pretty much said if you don't agree with what I say you will get nothing. You know, looking back the govt is still doing the same thing as they did 150 years ago. Why can't real people be elected to our govt? Instead it seems to be who you know,how much you know and keep secret,and how much money you have.
Oh don't get me started on politics here
