There is no photo of Robert Dickson and he is only mentioned once in this book-

vicky: Mazakutemani and his first wife Unktomani are mentioned in this book, as well as Nancy McClure Faribault-Huggins their gr. granddaughter.
the book does have a photo of oneof the laBlanc boys, but i don't remember which one it was.
Snyhoo, you outdid yourself again Vicky. A book like that needed an Index. thanks so muchfor your work in creating it.

Thank you, hermin. I'm sure there are names I missed, and I will add them as I find them. The sketch you speak of is George, the son of Louis Provencalle. Quite a good sketch I might add. I'll post it later.

I would strongly suggest that anyone researching the LaBlanc/ Provencalle family contact the Nicollet County Historical Society to see if this book is still available. There is a mountain of info on this family to be found here. It was originally published in 1929 but there is a 1993 Edition since then. If it cannot be found for sale new/ used, try interlibrary loan.

All the book says is that Harriet and Victoria were the daughters of Francis Longie, that they were haf bloods, and that they attended the mission school with Nancy Mcclurg.
I don't have anything on them in my files.
