I found out that I am related to the famous Luther Standing Bear. His daughter Annie married my great grandmother's brother. Annie was later adopted by Charles Tackett, who I am also related to. I am trying to sort out this family. Does anybody know anything more about the Standing Bear or Tackett families? Here is what I have so far:  |

Just to make this more confusing. I have the wrong Standing Bear listed above, with the wrong wives. Luther's father was George Standing Bear.  |

You are not disturbing anyone here. i would recomentd you go to the Tiyospaye Wb site and see if Red Fish is listed there. Type Tiyospaye Web Site into Yahoo or Google and you should gwet the website address link.
