I am searching for information on my geneology and I have run into a problem finding information on J A C Campbell 's wife known as Ninse. I am a little confused with the documentation that I have. I believe his sons from his first marriage to Catherine Demontigny was Jerimiah Campbell, David, and John. But I have no information on NINSE. Her father was Hihutina. I would also like more information on Catherine Demonigny if possible. I also am wondering to which women Nancy Campbell was born to. I have conflicting information on this. Can anyone help me?
Thanks Bobbi

The information that I have regarding hi hu ti na may be incorrect, beside this it refers to him as Chief Little Crow. During my limited search I noticed that there are five genterations of Chiefs. I am wondering how and which one is connected with the campbells. I am a descendant of Archibald Colin John Campbell and John Archibald Cambell.

This is the information I have so far. If anyone can help me find further information on any of these I would greatly appreciate this. I have been sent some but still have not found what I need. I am trying to trace my aboriginal heritage as far back as I can. I am interested in knowing bands, reservations, etc.

i have also been given information from a campbell descendant stating that ninse was the daughter of hihutina, who is supposedly one of the little crows. i have to tell you it is very difficult to find a second confirmation for this so i will keep searching.
jackie
ps.
do you have a copy of archibald john campbell's will? jackie

Little Crow II was named Mendokecina (Coming Summer). He lived from 1740-1800. It's not much, but every little bit helps, eh?
