Vicky, Thank you for the response. Did you happen to know why and what it means when "kee" is in a name? I am trying to learn Lakota and Dakota but I am having a hard time. I am in the beginning stages and do not have anyone to speak with in my area. Sometimes I just have questions! Thank you once again for anytime spent helping translate.

I would like to see some of the names with the "kee" in the middle. I must admit, I am stumped on that one. I wonder if the kee is part of another word. Please post some examples, or if you run across that again, post it here. I know there are members here who are very good at translating, but I am not one of them. I just go by the Dakota dictionary. Come on you guys, where are ya? :-)
