Busman Chapman was allotted #651 on the Santee Reserve in Nebraska. Talk to Ken Chapman at 402.857.3511 he should be able to help you. Winnebago Agency BIA might be able to provide you with a complete list of heirs from the TSR by using the allotment # but I think you need to be a relative, which you probably are.

Sara do you have any information re. Hastings Dumarce being one of Margaret dhap, man's heirs to her estate?I seen this mentioned in Hastings Dumarce's heirship. According to oneof the Censues,I think 1887, Margaret chapman was listedas living with James Chapman and his family, and shewas his sister-in-law. thanks for clearing this up. I believe she was also at one time the spouse of Benj. Whipple.

Bushmans' name being on page 191 along with Big Eagle, Moses Wakeman, Alfred Good Thunder, Napoleon Wabashaw, Samuel Smith is why I was interested in looking for his descendants and wondered what steps they were taking to have him placed back on the rolls evidently another extension is desperately needed as more information is coming avaibable everyday. Opening the doors to so many more potential lineal descendants. Sara I have yet to send those letters to you, but will as I said I would. Heavens I am to the point where I can afford postage even. Thats nothing new in my life tho. I was able to talk with a few of Bushmans descendants thanks to this site however with the deadline for Motions to Intervene it wasnt timely enough. All of you here have been so wonderful and so informed I just have to say Thanks Again and Again. If there is ever anything you feel I may share that could help even 1 person feel free to contact me. My family is calling another family meeting; to regroup and see where we go from here. I will be around. Thanks again Sara Hermin1 Tamara, Curtis, Peacekeeper Jamie all of you all and keep up the good work. Connie

katrina,no you ain't outof time. contact ed50 and ask her forinformation on their attorney. He may bestill accepting clients. also contact that Montana fellow. Ihear he is still accepting clients. You can still file a brief to Intervene, if you can show cause why you were unable to file by the deadline set by the Judge.

my understanding is that the Montana office is not able to accept any new clients and has already filed the 2nd amended complaint and the brief to show just cause. best bet would be to try the Thurman, Horn offices as I called them on behalf of my step-father and the lady who answered said that people had until November to get their agreements in. I am not sure that that is correct and Trish LaCroix would be able to answer that question. If they have not submitted their amended complaint and just cause brief yet, you might be able to be added to them. I dont believe that the court will allow another attorney to intervene, you need to be added to one that is already filed but amending with additional clients.

I found out today, that Thurmond and Strom stopped accepting new clients on July 28th. and your information re. Tricia LaCroix is incorrect. She has been and-is now-working for them. she left Kettering and his stooges, several weeks ago, I was told.

Yes, that was what I was told as well, that she works for Thurman's office. BUT, they should tell the lady named Mary that answers their phone. Last Wednesday morning she told ME that people had until November or December to get their paperwork (agreements)in. I doubted that, but when I asked if there was anyone else there who "worked with the lawsuit" that I could speak with, she told me that Trich was the person and she was "out sick" and recommended that I call back next week. Since time is of the essence, that ticks me off as I hung up the phone and told my stepdad to go ahead and send his notarize agreement to them! -you know they will say "we dont have a Mary here!!!", I cant imagine why someone would say that?" and "you should have spoke with me".. lol lol I was so concerned about the possible faulty information in that call that I asked another attorney if that was even possible... I dont want my dad to sign something that isnt going to work for him... -maybe I need to call again...
