I know only that Tate means wind or runs, and win means woman.

water is pronounced mni, if you say mini, mi means mine or me and ni means you or your.

I think the name might be spelled wrong. Ibomdu means "to drift or blow" so translating it that way tateibomdu would mean "drifting wind" or "wind blows". I hope that helps a little!
