FINALLY found the link and history for the WT clan...War Eagle's youngest son was Double Worth. Double Worth's son was David World Turner...now to find the baptisms....

sonda: I am not doubting you but where did you get the information on War Eagle's parents?
My reason is that there is a Goodthunder, who was given the first name alfred, and I don't find any record of him having a son.,

Are you talking about the Alfred Good Thunder who was born around 1848 and could not have sired War Eagle but was the father of Thelma, Andrean, and Ernest (mother Bertha Westman whose first husband was a Westerman and had children from him) and this Alfred appears to have had married Rebecca Lawrence later on? And, he had a sister named Julia who had married Phillip Webster? In the 1910 Federal Census, his father, 82 year old, Joseph is living with him. Other than that I do not know anything more about him.
I just found it interesting that a Westman would marry a Westerman. Bertha's father was Henry and Lucy H. Westman; brothers-George W., Levi, and Harry H.; sisters-Hattie, Pansy and Susan Westman who married a Robinson.

peacetoall: I am referring to the Goodthunder that was first married to Snana andthen they got divorced and he remarried. he and his 2nd spouse adopted charles whipple. this Alfred Goodthunder, I was not aware of. thank you for the infomation onhim. Yes it is interesting that a Westman would marry a Westman.
