Hermin1,
Both are me. I have two names on the OYATE: "Mazazadidi" and "BazileCreekHusker."
The comcast address is the correct address.

thanks Mike. Maybe you would know someone who might know about the project that Charles Eastman(s/o Jacob Eastman)worked on for the BIA from@1903 to 1909 to provide English Translations for the Sioux Indians so that they could obtain US citizenship.personally , it should have been the other way around, because the Native americans were the real citizens of this country, and the rest of us were the immigrants. anyway, someone had told me that this project that Charles completed may have been published. I don't know where to look. I tried typing in his name in the search engine ansd all that comes up are his other books. i don't knowwhat thetitle of such a boookwould be either.

The name Tunkanwakanna was also Allen Walters Hero's Indian name, according to a friend of mine. I will have to call her to double check this.

In Kangimdoka's probate Susan Stone testifies to her relationship to Kangimdoka and also other relatives. Have you read that probate and family history?

John Kangimdoka was an Uncle of Susan Stone and her siblings. His sister, their mother, was Mahpioicadewin. She was the spouse of Tinsanijin.

there are several books on Charles Eastman, i believe the book might be called Indian Boyhood, not for sure but i read it and it does tell about some of the names he changed at crow creek.
