Hanyetuduta, the 1886 John Frazier, died in MN in 1887. Notice that his name is on the '86 role but missing on the '89 role. His death notice was published in Word Carrier within weeks of his death. Tokakte

Does anyone have any information on a Fred Frazier. His father is listed on his marriage license as Star Frazier and his mother maybe a Moore, the lady was unable to read the maiden name of his mother. I will get the license and hopefully I will be able to read it.
I hope one of the Frazier searchers have run across Fred's name.

Uncle Fred Frazier lived about a mile and half from my childhood home on the Bazile Creek. The house is pretty sad shape. My memories of him is that he was a Minister at the Congregational Church. He had some great tasting plums growing in his yard.
Wife: Rebecca Son: Patrick Grandchildren: Virgil, Patsy, Rebecca, and STAR.
Just some memories. MIKE

Ditto, Mike! I remember Uncle Fred as a humorous, twinlking eyed elderly man with a great deal of energy at the age of 80 plus. My Dad used to babysit Pat when he was a toddler. He said Pat's favorite trick was to sneak outside and eat dirt when my father wasn't looking. Clifford Johnson, "Uncle Popeye" called Pat "brother" and grieved Pat's death until his own death. Star's wife was Sarah Moore, daughter of Oliver Moore who in turn was descended from Iron Elk. I knew little or nothing about my ggrandmother's lineage, but finding it has been one of the real bonuses of this whole LD certifiaction search. tokakte

Hi, I am a new member on here and wanted to say Hi, sounds like I have a lot of family that I did not know about. I am a mdewakanton and a direct decendent of Wakuta, My family comes down the male line so doubt if we can qualify for the lawsuit. I do know that we are connected in a couple ways with the Frazier's. Mary Jane Wacuta is a ggg Aunt but not a direct decendent. I need help in connecting to the 1886 list. Also looking for info on my gggrandfather who was Oyemaza (James Red Wing)

Thank you for your info. I do have Anna's mother's name as Elizabeth Hakewaste ( Winona Pazi) or Anpetuwakanwin born 1830 died May 30th 1905. I would like to know who Elizabeth's father or mother are? If any one can help with this I would be most grateful. I am John's grandaughter.

I have on an index file for Robert Hakewaste, that his half sister was Lucy Whipple(1884 Census). She was listed as living with Robert and his wife Elizabeth
