I was going through some other papers I have and trying to read the documents from the Mklaw office and came accross Kurt Bluedogs/Shakopee papers. In it they address of the issue of Big Eagle and how there certainly was accomodations made to include him in the benefits. he is however not on the 1886-89 census. Would his descendants be accepted as plaintiffs? Shouldnt they be even though not on the census?
Tamara Wrote Connie BigEagle, but would like some input from others if possible

The papers I read were off of the MKLAW.com website. I have looked for the link to down load Shakopee's documents but couldnt find everything I wanted or downloaded previously. Let me know if you dont find it there and I will see if I can be of any help. I am 56K on the Sisseton Reservation and very limited in my abilities to upload and send anything substantial (sigh).

I had gone back to find it last week or so and clicked on each link but the only things I could find didnt include the things I had read earlier. I am assuming that they were removed from the mklaw website. If I am wrong I apologize but I sure wasnt able to find them again.
