Great news to family and friends!!! Nebraska Indian Community College will begin teaching Native American Genealogy Research this fall. This is the first known class to ever teach Native American Genealogy Research in a Native American College. To enroll in this class you can go the the NICC website at www.thenicc.edu and find the course. YOU can apply for the college online. Fall classes will be posted within one week. Or you can call (402) 494-2311, press 3, then *2586 to register for this class. Seating is limited so don't wait too long. It will be taught at the S Sioux Campus. Remember we do have waivers for seniors, high school students, etc. I can't wait to see you. I will be co-teaching the first class. Peacekeeper (Jackie)

Peacekeeper do you think at anytime in the future that you would or they college would consider teaching online for the ones who live in other states?? This would be a great opportunity for all the of us to learn this.
Thanks, Tonilew

That is a great suggestion. Can you remind me in January about if, after we have taught the first class? I definitely would consider that possibility.
