Oh, and Cekpawin is listed below J.J.Cekpaap, I wonder if that is a misspelling? Cekpawin's land description is section 15 124N 52W Agency township, no english name. derockbrain1

derockbraine : For the Shepherds I would suggest you try the sisseton and Crow Creek Agencies. it seems to me that the other names are also adffiliated with South Dakota tribes.

hi, i see there are several individuals named HAPAN on your list. We have been searching diligently for any info on our ggrandmother. all she went by was HAPAN but her son was SAM SULLY. Is there anything in your database that may help us. thanks

Hapan was the spouse of John Jack sully. Her father was Huntkaduta, brother of Iron Elk.
Samuel aka Bobdu was their son.
He was the spouse of:
Lucy Saul.Her parents were John C. Saul and Mary Saul, both deadTheir children were: Gilbert W. and Mabel E. Other child was John Clark Saul/Sully, allegedly born out of wedlock.
Emma Chapman was another of Samuel's spouses. they were married Feb. 22, 1900 Santee.
Samuel was also spouse of Hannah Gammell,nee Woodbury. Hannah had 3 kids by prior spouse: Margaret, Willie, and John.
Samuels last spouse was Julia Tatiyopawasterwin. She died 1924.

hi i was wondering if anyone has seen or knows where i can retrieve any information regarding martha other day ( tamazawin )
who i beleive is the daughter of war eagle mazakihawin ( laughs at iron woman ) my husband is eric lind a decendant of war eagle / good thunder and traversie's and we just found out he is related to jacob otherday as well any info would be great

try to use our search tool at the top of the page. for the name you are searching try both, using one at a time. make sure you go to the bottom of the page and change the amount of days to 600.
