I've tried several times to request Baptismal records under the Santee Agency Baptismal listing, NO LUCK. It kept requesting me to log in, which I already did. still would let me request what I wanted. HELP. I wanted on the list pg. 148 - William Holmes 1858 pg. 174 - Henry M. Jones 1858 pg. 212 - Ellen Iron Elk. They are my great great great great grand parents on my mothers side.

See more at: www.montanaseminars.com/wolfchild.phpAs of Dec 28th, he has not yet filed his notice of appeal. -<>-<>-<>-<>- On December 27th, The defendant USA has filed notice of appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. I was not able to access any of the links to the pleadings but I would be very interested in seeing the governments motion for summary judgment [or its response if it was not the moving party] because, in motions for summary judgment, one usually states ones entire case. I would like to see the US's arguments, on points of law and precedents, why it doesn't owe anybody anything. Should be a very interesting read.
