Funeral services will be held a 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Cornelia's Episcopal church, Bishop Whipple Mission, near Morton for Robert F. berry, 55, of St. Paul, who died Wednesday at St Paul Ramsey hospital following heart surgery. Interment will be in the church cemetery with Hoepner funeral home of Redwood Falls in charge.
Friends may call at the mission from 11 a.m. Saturday until the time of service.
Mr. Berry was born August 2, 1916 in St. Paul, a son of Robert W. and Emily Bluestone Berry. He was a construction worker.
Survivors include his wife, the former Betty Bluestone; children, Rodney M., Robert Jr., Richard P, Bruce A, Roger J, Marie Emily and Dennis L; and his mother, Mrs. Emily Berry, all of St. Paul.

Louise E. Bluestone Smith, 85 of Prior Lake and formerly of Birch Coulee and the Lower Sioux Community died Sunday, May 19, 1996 in her home under Hospice Care. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. from St. Cornelia's Episcopal Church with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4 until 8 p.m. at the Nelson Funeral Home in Redwood Falls and will continue Wednesday at the Lower Sioux Community Social Hall for one hour prior to services.
Louise E. Bluestone Smith was born August 13, 1910 in Birch Coulee Township, Renville County to Harry and Ellen (Barnes) Bluestone. She grew up the youngest of 14 children and attended the Birch Coulee country school and the one room school on the Lower Sioux Community. she also attended the Flandreau Vocational School. Louise married Thomas Albert St. Pierre. She then moved to Dante, S.D. and then to Prior Lake in 1972. Louise had worked as a nurse and a telephone operator. She last worked at a nursing home in Shakopee, retiring at the age of 77. She was a member of St. Cornelia's Episcopal church and the VFW of Chicago, Ill.
She is survived by daughters Winifred and her husband Walter Freezor and Cecelia St. Pierre and a son James H. St. Pierre, all of Prior Lake; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandson. She was preceded in death by her 13 brothers and sisters and a son, Floyd St. Pierre.

FRED BLUESTONE, 77, Buried at Mission
Funeral services were held Saturday morning at Hoepner funeral home in Redwood Falls for Fred Bluestone, 77, who died Wednesday in his home in St. Paul. In ill health for several years, he had been bedridden for three years. Rev James Slack of Hutchinson conducted the service and interment was in St. Cornelia's Bishop Whipple cemetery near Morton.
Mr. Bluestone was born February 8, 1881 in Mendota, a son of Samuel and Mary Louise Robinson Bluestone. He spent 50 years living at Morton and St. Paul and had been making his home with his sister, Mary Bluestone.
Survivors include sisters, Mrs. Emilie Berry and Mary Bluestone, and a brother, Walter Bluestone, all of St. Paul.

Funeral services were held Tuesday for Mrs. Emma Bowers, a resident of the Indian Agency on Tuesday with Rev. G. H. Tenbroeck officiating. At the time of her death deceased was 84 years old. Burial was made in the Mission churchyard.
She is survived by her daughter, Julia Jones, two grandson, Howard and Elroy Jones and a great granddaughter, Edna Jones. Her birthplace is at Redwing.

Services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at St. Cornelia's Episcopal Church, Lower Sioux Community, Morton, with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation is 7-9 p.m. today at nelson Funeral Home in Redwood Falls, and at the social hall in the Lower Sioux Community Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
He is survived by his wife, Marcella; stepson Lawrence Larson of Pine Ridge, SD; seven grandchildren sisters, Maude Williams of Morton, Leona Bluestone of Walker and Betty Lee of Morton and brother, Harry Bluestone of Morton.
He was preceded in death by stepson, Walter Larsen; and sister, Marjorie Goodthunder.
He was born October 23, 1924 in st. Paul to Samuel and Marie (Moram) Bluestone. he moved to the Lower Sioux Community during his youth. He served in the U.S. Army Air Force from 1942 until 1946. He married Marcella Leith on Aug. 30, 1947, in Red Wing. They lived in St. Paul. He was a bus driver for Ramsey Action Program, retiring in 1989. He worked in security for Jackpot Junction Casino in rural Morton.
